  • Docker Desktop is open and shows a “Running” or “Ready” status

What to try

  1. Open Docker Desktop manually
  2. Wait until Docker finishes starting
  3. Retry the action in SkyTrack

2. Environment setup failed

What’s happening

SkyTrack could not complete downloading or preparing the simulation environment.

What to check

  • Docker Desktop is running
  • Your internet connection is stable

What to try

  1. Make sure Docker is running
  2. Retry the setup process
  3. Restart SkyTrack Client and try again

3. Resource download is slow or stuck
